About Principal Voices

For three years Principal Voices has stimulated discussion on the major challenges facing the world today, with views from Nobel Peace Prize winners, visionaries, and just as importantly, you.

Throughout 2007, TIME, FORTUNE and CNN, in association with Shell, will be bringing together a new group of globally-renowned experts - Principal Voices - in a series of videos, articles and round-table discussions.

This year we are exploring new issues: technology and innovation, alternative energy, and social entrepreneurs.

The first debate on social entrepreneurs took place in Johannesburg, while the other events will be held in Boston in September and Beijing in November. All our Principal Voices will each be writing a White Paper explaining their views in detail and there will be regular articles to get you thinking.

While the Principal Voices will be giving their perspectives, most of all we want to hear from you. This is your chance to engage in a debate on the issues that matter and have your say here on Principal Voices.
